It has been amazing, the last couple consults I have had are for uncontested divorces.  Truly these are uncontested.  What is an uncontested divorce you may ask?  Simple answer.  It is a divorce where both parties know they are getting divorced, have already decided how to split their property, they are not fighting over the garbage can, and are ready to prove their case up within the 60day period.

Are you serious, it is that simple?  Yes, it is and quite frankly they are the cheapest.  I encourage my clients to speak with their soon to be ex-spouses and work out a settlement agreement.  It is better that the two of you work it out rather than have the court.  Additionally, spend the money towards the kids or a vacation rather than an attorney’s pocket.  You paid for that television once, lets not pay for it again.
